For smaller orders, we offer Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, which is designed to fit through your letterbox for added convenience. Deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 days, and many customers receive their parcels as soon as the next working day. The cost for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and Signed‑For delivery is £5.00.
For customers who require next‑day delivery, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. This service is fully insured and priced at £8.00. Orders must be placed by 11am to qualify for next‑day dispatch.
If you would like your tracking number, simply email us with your order ID and we will provide it. For any order that has not arrived within 5 days, please contact us so we can investigate and track the parcel on your behalf. In the unlikely event that an order is confirmed lost after our investigation, we will offer you two options:
